Around the world in 80 days

Mark Beaumont is attempting to cycle around the world in 80 days. Exercise physiologist Lesley Ingram has spent the last year as Mark's coach, getting him in the shape of his life as he attempts to set a new world record. Here Lesley will give us an insight into the scientific knowledge she used to get Mark to the start line, and give us updates on his progress using the live data she is seeing from the road.
