Destination Leaders Graduations

First Cohort of Destination Leaders Graduate in May 2014

A total of nineteen participants from the pilot Destination Leaders programme, from Edinburgh and St. Andrews, graduated at Edinburgh Napier University on the first of May 2014.

Nancy Riach, Partnerships and Development Manager at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo said:

“The DLP was a great platform for a wide range of experts to share their insights, trends, expertise and best practice through a programme of workshops, speakers, familiarisation tours and interaction with industry leaders across a range of sectors”.

Graduation Day for Destination Leaders from Edinburgh and Argyll: May 2015

May 2015 marked the graduation of twenty Destination Leaders from Edinburgh and Argyll. 

Susan Russell, Marketing Manager, Festivals Edinburgh said:

Glasgow and Edinburgh Destination Leaders Graduate in May 2016

Congratulations to the third cohort of Destination Leaders! Twenty-one Glasgow and Edinburgh industry professionals graduated from the Destination Leaders programme at Edinburgh Napier University on 19 May 2016. 

Gordon Hodge, Head of Conferencing and Events at the University of Strathclyde said:

“The DLP allowed me to see how my part of the organisation can have an impact on the economic development of the city. It lifts you out of the day to day and lets you look at what you’re doing in a more holistic way which I think is very helpful”.
