Please note that the University uses a secure third party data-capture application, GeckoForm, to manage the data you have provided. The application is only used for the purposes of capturing and backing-up your contact data and will not be used for any other purposes and your data will not be added to any mailing list or shared with any other third parties. Why are we collecting it and on what legal basis?

To provide you with information on University events and activities which you have given consent for as per Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

How long will we keep your information?

2 years.
