Biography
Rowan Steele is an HRM Lecturer at Edinburgh Napier University. Prior to this position she was a teaching assistant at Stirling University whilst undertaking her PhD on a Horizon funded studentship. She has extensive practice experience in the HR arena with a specialism in organisational change. She achieved her PhD in 2017 which focused upon the social identity of social care managers.
