Exploring Sociotechnical interaction with Rob Kling: five ‘big’ ideas.

  The authors review key concepts developed by Rob Kling in social informatics, including: multiple points of view, social choices, the production lattice, socio-technical interaction networks and institutional truth regimes. The authors contend that the ongoing development of such interpretive concepts is vital to successful use of computers at work.
