Biography

Lecturer in HRM, specialising in research philosophies and methodologies and change management. Research interests include critical theory, critical realism and critical HRD in the context of employee engagement. Has achieved proficiency in teaching, research and knowledge transfer activities. Creative and highly committed, is keen to experiment with innovative teaching methods and participate in module and programme development as part of a critical approach to learning and development. Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team and can deal with administrative duties competently.
