Biography

Colin Hindle is a product of the Polymer Engineering Directorate of EPSRC, an internationally recognised expert in polymer materials and polymer processing. His expertise is called upon and valued by individuals, companies, and non-government organisations. In addition to his 37 years of teaching at Edinburgh Napier University, he has taught and examined at both Heriot Watt and London Metropolitan Universities plus 5 other European Universities

He serves on numerous national committees including the Council of the Institute of Materials' Minerals and Mining, Horners' Polymer Committee, British Plastics Federation Education and Skills Committee, and the Council of the Scottish Plastics and Rubber Association of which he is a Past-President and currently Education Officer.
