Biography

I am a Chartered Librarian with CILIP, a Fellow of the HEA, and a Certified Mendeley Librarian. Based at our Sighthill campus Library, I support the information needs of the School of Applied Sciences, from those starting their undergraduate degree, through to Principal Investigators. I can assist members of the School with;

• Finding, interpreting, evaluating, managing, and sharing information;
• Participating in digital academic, professional, and research practices;
• Studying and learning in formal and informal technology-rich environments;
• Adopting, adapting, and using digital devices, applications, and services;
• Managing digital reputations and online identities;
• Participating in digital networks for learning and research; and
• Accessing and producing academic and professional communications in a range of media.

I am also the Library contact for the University’s professional and support staff, ensuring that our Library supports everyone at Edinburgh Napier University.
