Biography

I joined Edinburgh Napier University in 2012, and I am a Reader in Sociology, and the Research Lead for the Social Sciences. I sit on the School's Research Ethics and Integrity Committee.

Prior to joining Edinburgh Napier University I was at the University of Leeds as the Research Fellow on the ESRC Timescapes Secondary Analysis Project.

I have a Masters in Research, and Doctorate from the University of Edinburgh, (sociology and education), a Masters in Contemporary Sociology from Lancaster University, and an undergraduate degree in Business. .
