Re-dimensionalising boundaries in the theory and practice of Human Resource Development.
  In our conceptualisation, HRD is at a crossroads, both in terms of its philosophical roots, its theoretical bases and, in the practice domain, what its key contributions are. We argue that HRD continues to be characterised by theoretical ambiguities, permeable boundaries and practice dilemmas. Our paper advances a series of key questions designed to challenge conventional thinking and open up new lines of enquiry.
