Seeing the wood for the trees
This paper describes the work in progress of the TREE project. TREE is a European-funded language engineering project addressing the issue of advertising and accessing employment opportunities across Europe. Advertisements for jobs will be stored in a database and made available in the language of choice of the end-user via a WWW interface. An account of the early design and evaluation of the user interface to the TREE system is here described.
