Our success is built on strong industry partnerships. We consult regularly with our apprentices and employers through advisory groups and regular reviews to help us shape our programmes to directly meet business needs.

When you partner with us, we will support your organisation throughout, and use our experience and resources to put you at the centre of what we do. Support we offer includes:

  • Primary point of contact for both business and apprentices through our dedicated Employer Liaison Manager and Student Coordinator
  • Free recruitment assistance including support with vacancies, screening, interviews and funding & eligibility advice
  • Pastoral support through regular communication on course information, progress and performance of your apprentices
  • Support for line managers and mentors through structured training and regular online drop-in sessions
  • Dedicated university coach to support tripartite review meetings and advise on work-based learning
