Venues

We have three campus venues in the south west area of Edinburgh with excellent transport links throughout Edinburgh, across the UK and beyond. Each has a range of rooms, lectures theatres and spaces available to you.

Craiglockhart

A modern, spacious venue with an iconic design, Craiglockhart has a 200 and 400 seater lecture theatre with tiered seating and built-in audio visual equipment plus 20 flexible seminar rooms. The campus has a diverse range of options including plenty of computing facilities.

Merchiston


Our closest venue to the city centre, Merchiston has ample classroom facilities, and a 200 seat lecture theatre. The catering area can seat 200 delegates in one sitting. This campus is most suited for hire during evening, weekend and vacation periods.

Sighthill

The Sighthill campus offer excellent conference and meeting facilities with three lecture theatres, the largest holding 350 delegates. The atrium offers an inviting, bright space for lunch, networking, informal dinners and drinks receptions. Our events space on the 5th floor of has floor to ceiling windows with panoramic view over the city.

Functions

Our Rivers Suite at Craiglockhart is the perfect place to hold your next function for up to 100 seated guests, and our lawns are perfect for marquees to accommodate hundreds more. We cater for events including gala dinners, exhibitions, engagements and birthday parties.

Services

Our team of events co-ordinators will arrange all elements of your event – from audiovisual, catering, room hire, portering, and parking arrangements (where appropriate) to welcome signage. 

We offer a one-stop shop service and can offer a delegate management service. Our friendly, professional team will guide you through the event planning process to ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible.
