Home to The Business School, Craiglockhart is recently reopened after extensive refurbishment resulting in a stunning building and state-of-the-art facilities. This includes 2 large lecture theatres, cyber café, language labs and computing facilities.

Located in the lively Bruntsfield area, Merchiston Campus is a unique blend of the past and present. It is home to the award winning 500-seater Jack Kilby Computing Centre, open 24 hours a day - and also to the 13th century Napier Tower where John Napier was born in 1550. The Faculty of Engineering, Computing & Creative Industries, and the School of Life Sciences can be found here.

A fabulous set of Grade A-listed buildings in the charming district of Morningside. Craighouse Campus, set in serene woodlands, provides an attractive learning environment resourced to meet the needs of the students based here. Craighouse currently houses part of the School of Creative Industries with Communication Arts and Music courses based here.

Marchmont View of Marchmont Campus

Located on Marchmont Road, in a highly popular student area, Marchmont Campus hosts part of the School of Creative Industries and is the base for photography teaching and facilities – including a range of studio set ups and a gallery. The campus is a former school building and has its own unique culture and sense of community.

Inside Morningside CampusMorningside

Morningside Campus is located on Morningside Road, conveniently located for many of our campuses and providing a lecture theatre and tutorial rooms inside an old church.

Scotland’s newest hub for health, science and sports education opened its doors to more than 5,000 students and staff on 10 January 2011. The state-of-the-art £60m campus is home to the Faculty of Health, Life & Social Sciences, who will be located under the same roof for the first time. It also houses a number of our professional service departments.

Borders/West Lothian

We also have smaller campuses outside the city in Livingston and Melrose.

Livingston

Based at St John's Hospital at Howden, this campus provides library and PC facilities in a convenient location for students living and working West Lothian or further west.

Melrose

Hosting a faculty office, study room, teaching facilities, computer access and library, this campus is housed within the Borders General Hospital. Perfect for students living in the Borders, it offers a relaxing study environment and friendly, helpful staff to assist.
