The Edinburgh Napier MBA is a relevant, contemporary qualification, internationally recognised.
Edinburgh Napier MBA is intended to develop managers and senior staff in Organisations as they focus on building and developing dynamic and effective organisations that will be customer focussed, agile, and humane and yet fit for comparison and challenge in regional, national and international arenas. The programme aims to provide an understanding of the dynamics of working organisations in a rapidly changing environment by providing the skills and knowledge to take forward organisation-wide change programmes.
The Edinburgh Napier MBA will provide graduates the necessary skills and ability to:
Understand and be able to apply key concepts in organisational theory with a view to operating confidently at strategic level within their organisations.
Develop their skills further so that they will ultimately become a more effective manager and a leader.
Understand the dynamics of working and performing in organisations in a rapidly changing environment.
Provide contemporary strategic thought within their organisation and promote reflective management practice.

Postgraduate MBA study available as Full-time or as a 2 year Executive Part-time MBA at Edinburgh Napier University.
Edinburgh Napier University has now launched a globally available 100% online MBA for anyone whose business commitments mean that both MBA study and examination must fit around your business schedule.

Postgraduate / MBA Degree options
Many of our Postgraduate degree courses are also offered as part-time, by distance learning or completely online.
Part-time Executive MBA
Study identical course work as if attending full-time course study, simply do so over a longer time. You’ll generally come in to University for one day or one / two evenings per week.
Distance learning MBA course available as 100% online
Identical in duration and content to a part-time MBA degree, this option replaces university attendance with printed and online materials. Study for your MBA at your pace, in your own time.
