Useful application information

Once you have completed your online application, we'll send you an acknowledgement to show we have received it.

We will consider your application and decide whether it is:

  • successful and unconditional (you meet the entry criteria and a space is available for you)
  • successful and conditional (you still need to complete a qualification required for entry)
  • unsuccessful

As soon as you receive confirmation of your qualifications, please send a copy to pgadmissions@napier.ac.uk or Admissions Services, Merchiston Campus, Edinburgh Napier University, Edinburgh, EH10 5DT.

Some courses require you to send in a portfolio, attend an interview or perform an audition before an offer can be made. If this affects you, we will be in touch with details.

Once you receive your offer, you will need to confirm whether you will accept or decline the offer by returning the response slip on your letter.

You should apply as early as possible. This is particularly important for courses with a quota of funded places, as these are very popular.
