From undergraduate degrees such as the BSc Computing or BEng Creative Computing through to Masters degrees like the MSc Advanced Security and Digital Forensics or the MSc Strategic ICT Leadership, our range of courses is second to none. We design our courses with our industrial partners to use all the latest technology in specialist labs ensuring our graduates are skilled for the ever changing world of computing. With over 50 academics and 1000 students we are one of the UKs largest computing departments.
We build employability in to every stage of our courses – through opportunities for work placement to our graduate mentoring scheme. The School of Computing has professional graduates working for industry giants such Microsoft, Adobe & Oracle and building the Scottish economy in innovative new companies.
Our Institute for Informatics and Digital Innovation provides a focus for our research activity. We work with universities across Scotland – sharing ideas on research and teaching through the Scottish Informatics and Computer Science Alliance (SICSA).
