Biography

Lesley is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management with Programme Leadership responsibility for the CIPD accredited MSc Human Resource Management. Lesley is also Deputy Director of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme. She teaches and supervises at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. Lesley sits as a member of the Business School Learning and Teaching Committee, as well as the Research Degrees Committee. She has been an external Examiner at The Robert Gordon University and The University of the West of Scotland and is currently the Chair of the CIPD Scottish Centres Steering Group.

Lesley has been a member of staff at Napier since 2004, and prior to that was an Area Operations Manager at Harrods Department Store in London.
