Graduate Employability
Edinburgh Napier University is one of Scotland’s top universities for graduate employability, according to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA).
Their recent study of last summer's graduates showed that 93.2% of our students are in jobs or further study six months after graduating, despite the challenging economic and labour market conditions that are affecting many in the UK at the moment. The overall employment rate for all Scottish Higher Education institutions is 92.2%, As a result, Edinburgh Napier is now ranked 32nd from 152 institutions across the UK and 5th from 18 in Scotland. Not only that, but 78% of those in full-time paid work six months after graduating are in graduate-level employment.
By offering creatively designed courses, flexible study methods and accessible routes to higher education, our position in the UK league table demonstrates how well Edinburgh Napier equips our graduates for success in an increasingly competitive job market.

Graduate employability is given as a percentage of UK resident graduates who are either employed or have gone onto further study six months after graduation.
