Professor Hazel Hall served as a judge at the Edinburgh heat of FameLab 2017, held on Thursday 8th December 2016 at Heriot Watt University.
FameLab is a science communication competition in which scientists, mathematicians and engineers have three minutes to convey a scientific concept of their choice. The next international grand final takes place at the Cheltenham Science Festival in June 2017. The best performers selected at the Edinburgh heat will take part in the Scottish final to be held at the National Museum of Scotland on 7th January 2017.
