  Non-domestic buildings are likely to change to domestic use as there is an evident surplus over time across the UK, and their vacancy rates have increased due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Design for adaptability as a Circular Economy principle is the best approach to successfully convert these buildings, extend their life cycle and prevent their demolition.
