Care Homes Appreciative Inquiry into Retention
  This proposal is for a programme of work that will involve both research and collaborative appreciative inquiry led quality improvement in Lothian care homes, targeted at improving the retention of high-quality frontline care home workers and enhancing their well-being at work. The overall proposal aims to support immediate practice change, utilise the experiences and insights of frontline staff to engage in the implementation of sustainable best practice; inform local and regional priority workstreams for service improvement, education and training and the broader operational priorities for support, quality improvement and investment going forward.
