  Addressing the Business Support and Training Needs of Minority Ethnic Group (MEG) Family-run Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Scotland

The study proposes an in-depth exploration of the business support and training needs of Minority Ethnic Group Family-run Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in order to gain an understanding of the distinct issues faced by these firms in Scotland. In doing so, it seeks to address the following research questions:

RQ1: What are the business support needs of Minority Ethnic Group family-run SMEs in Scotland?
RQ2: What are the barriers discouraging Minority Ethnic Group family-run SMEs from seeking external business support?
RQ3: What are the training needs of business owners and senior managers of Minority Ethnic Group family-run SMEs in Scotland?
RQ4: What training is provided to employees of Minority Ethnic Group family-run SMEs in Scotland?
