- Flexible course duration. Build your course from two weeks up to eight weeks.

How much you will pay
Given the bespoke experience we offer, prices vary and the figures below are indicative only. Contact us to discuss your group’s needs and to request a personalised quote.
We need a minimum of 12 students to run a course.
Cost per person
The cost per person varies according to the duration of the course.
- 1 week - £700-£800
- 2 weeks - £1,500-£1,700
- 3 weeks - £1,800-£2,000
Group leader discount
We offer discounts to group leaders, depending on the size of the group.
- 12-14 – leaders pay an accommodation fee
- 15-19 – one leader can join for free
- 20-24 – two leaders can join for free
- 25 or more – three leaders can join for free
Where you will stay
We provide self-catered student accommodation for the duration of your course; the majority of groups are housed in Edinburgh Napier’s halls of residence. The accommodation fee is included in the package and includes bedding packs, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery. We can also arrange homestays with meal options of breakfast only or half-board if required.
