Entry requirements, scholarships and keeping in touch for students from Brazil.

Entry requirements

Students from Brazil would generally be required to complete an International Foundation Programme to be considered for entry to year one of our bachelor courses.

We have a partner college, Edinburgh International College (EIC), who are located on our University campus, and offer pathway foundation programmes on our bachelor courses.  You would study year one with EIC and then transfer to complete years two, three and four at Edinburgh Napier University.

They offer a number of pathway programmes onto our bachelor programmes.

You can find more information about EIC and the courses they offer here

Students will be eligible to apply if they have gained a Titulo de Bacharel/Titulo de Licenciado/Titulo de [Subject Area] with a minimum average of 60% or above.

Our courses

English language

Students from Brazil are required to sit an English language test to gain entry to the University.

Find the approved English tests and scores we accept on our English Language Requirements page.

We also offer various pre-sessional English language programmes for applicants who have test results below the programme requirement.

Some courses may require a higher English language score. Please search for the course you're interested in to find out more.
