Our postgraduate course listings are a great starting point. You can filter by study level and subject area to find the right course for you.

What would you like to study?

Our postgraduate course listings can help you search for an answer. You can filter our courses by study level, start date, and even subject area. If a course catches your attention, clicking on the title of the course will take you to the page we created about that course. There, you’ll find course-specific details of what you can expect to study, as well as fees and entry requirements.

If you find a course that you’d like to study, set aside some time to read through the entry requirements carefully and consider whether you’re academically ready to apply. In some cases, we may be able to consider lesser qualifications, if your application demonstrates sufficient professional experience. For country-specific guidance, please visit the your country section.

Please keep in mind that entry requirements are there as a guide. If you are unsure whether you meet the entry requirements, please apply online and we will assess your eligibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the English language requirements?

Our English language requirements can vary depending on the course you’re applying for. For course-specific guidance, please go to the course page, scroll down to ‘Entry requirements’, and select ‘English language.’

You’re welcome to apply before taking an English language test. If your application is successful, but we need further evidence that you meet our English language requirements, an English language test will likely be a condition of your offer. The test would need to be completed less than 2 years before your course start date.

Click here to a list of the English language tests that we currently accept.

Are there any pre-sessional English courses for international students?

Yes! Our English for Academic Purposes (EAP) courses are designed to help prospective students improve their English language and academic study skills before starting their studies.

How can I find out my fee status?

We assess your fee status when reviewing your application. If your application is successful, your fee status will be stated in your offer email.

In the meantime, if you’re keen to read up on fee status eligibility and what the different categories mean, we’d recommend checking out the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) website.

I have questions about a course. Who should I contact?

On the course page, there is the option to ‘Enquire about this course’. The enquiry form is a great way to ask your questions and reach the relevant team.

If you’d like to get a student’s perspective, you can
chat with current students about their experience at Edinburgh Napier University.

Where can I find Napier’s admissions policies?

You can find them here.
