As a university we are involved in a wide range of activities in the local community.
We are committed to working to ensure greater access to education and employment for those leaving Military Service. We were presented with a bronze award from the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme in June 2016.
Edinburgh Napier University is proud to work in partnership with Aberdeen University, Wilfred Owen’s Edinburgh, Scottish Poetry Library, Dignity UK, City of Edinburgh Council and the National Museum of Scotland to install a permanent memorial to Scottish poets from World War One at Makars’ Court, Edinburgh.
