Vinyasa yoga or flow yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
Tai Chi Chuan
This is a gentle martial and movement art which focuses on movement control. This class is great for keeping the mind calm and focused.
You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle while you squat, press, lift and curl with barbells to the latest chart-topping music.
Abs and core
A 30 minute workout to shape and tone your mid-section.
SMRT Core + abs
A conditioning class focusing on your core muscles (abdominals, back, hips stability) combined with foam-rolling to help promote muscle flexibility.
Legs, Bums and Tums
This class focuses on technique and toning rather than intensity; targeting specific problem areas. A short aerobic warm-up may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominal areas.

We also provide the following Les Mills fitness classes at Sighthill which can be booked by calling or emailing the [EN]GAGE Sport Centre:
- SH'BAM (30 or 45 minutes)
- Body Balance (Flexibility (30 minutes), Strength (30 minutes) or Full class (60 minutes))
- Body Combat (30 or 60 minutes)
