With the aim of creating a better understanding of the experiences of higher education, the Centre for Higher Education Research has been researching transitions into higher education (both for first year students and those articulating from college into the third year). Insights from this research feed into the way Edinburgh Napier works with local schools and colleges, to ensure a smooth transition.
