Our Subject Areas

Our school is divided into departments based on areas of subject interest. Each department works together on research, teaching, developing our reputation, and building professional relationships. 

Gold Award

The School's contribution to cybersecurity has been recognised by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). 

The UK government organisation, which aims to promote and maintain the country’s cyber resilience, presented SCEBE with a Gold award for its Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Education (ACE-CSE). ENU joins 11 other UK institutions in receiving the gold award, and is one of only two recipients in Scotland.

The award acknowledges the key role ENU has played in promoting the advancement of cybersecurity, and ACE-CSE infrastructure aims to enhance the teaching and promotion of cybersecurity.
