Executive masters

Undergraduate study

Our innovative courses focus on applied aspects of computing, designing and implementing systems. Courses are designed to meet industry needs and most include the option to do a year-long work placement.

We take in students from all backgrounds, from high school leavers to those with college qualifications, including direct entry courses where an appropriate HN can allow you to join the second or even third year.

Postgraduate study

We know that in years to come you will be working with technologies that didn't exist when you were at university, so it is important to us to make sure that we prepare you for the ever changing world of computing.

Our courses are very practical and give you the necessary skills to join dynamic, hard working IT teams. You can study anything from one module right up to a full MSc, full or part time.

See our research page for research degrees, such as PhDs.

Employability

We build employability in to every stage of our courses - through opportunities for work placement to our graduate mentoring scheme. The School of Computing has professional graduates working for industry giants such Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle, and building the Scottish economy in innovative new companies.

Executive Masters

We run a suite of Executive Masters courses for organisations looking to upskill their staff and professionals looking to develop new skills and advance their career.
