Sharifa Sharida
My name is Sharifa and I’m an Alumni Champion from Bahrain.
I’m shaped by five qualities: I think strategically, generate new ideas easily, connect people and concepts naturally, bring structure to complex situations, and draw insight from past experiences.
I have been working in the health sector for more than a decade, moving from Human Resources into Strategic Planning. I hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a Master’s degree in HR from Edinburgh Napier University, along with further coursework in data analysis, strategic planning and health systems.
I value thoughtful conversations and believe in sharing knowledge to help others grow. In my own time, I’m a learner who enjoys new experiences and exploring different cultures. I believe that curiosity is where meaningful growth begins.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, listening to music, watching documentaries, roller skating and spending time with family and friends.
