Course details

This Business Management with Hospitality course is offered as a BA top-up and is designed to equip you for a career in business and management. A BA top-up is the equivalent of the final year of a full-time Bachelors degree, delivered by us straight to your screen via our online learning environment.

Building on your previous experience and skills, you’ll develop your understanding of the theories and concepts of business and management and the ability to apply these in practical business situations.

This specialist route will critically examine current hospitality concepts and theory and their application within a global context, and it will develop your knowledge and understanding of modern hospitality business development and practices. On completion of this course you will be able to effectively search and critique the literature and conduct research into hospitality related issues using relevant sources and methodologies.

The international perspective developed through the materials will provide you with the background to better understand and succeed in the increasingly global environment faced by all organisations.
