This course will provide a broad understanding of the business world, both domestically and internationally, giving you a major advantage as you seek to enter the employment market. You'll also have the valuable opportunity to put theory into practice with a year-long industry placement.

You'll develop excellent transferable skills in communication, presentation, group working and analysis. You'll also get the opportunity to study abroad for a trimester, preparing you for an international business career.

This is a full-time course studied over four years. You'll learn by a variety of teaching methods including lectures, tutorials and through independent study.

Entry requirements

Our entry requirements indicate the minimum qualifications with which we normally accept students. Competition for places varies from year to year and you aren't guaranteed a place if you meet the minimum qualifications.

Pass HNC Administration and IT, Business or Human Resource Management with grade B at SCQF level 7 in the graded unit.

If your first language isn't English, you'll normally need to undertake an approved English language test and our minimum English language requirements will apply.
