Our online MBA (Human Resource Management) is ideally suited to individuals who intend to balance their personal and professional commitments and study while working. Designed to deliver accessible, creative and flexible postgraduate business and management education, it offers you choice in how, when and where you study, as well as the option to pursue a specialism in HRM.

For the award of MBA you must successfully pass all eight modules, giving a total of 180 credits. All modules are 20 credits, except where indicated.

If there is any question regarding the authorship of any submitted assessments, we reserve the right to require students to undertake an online viva.

  • calendar How you’ll be taught

    This course is delivered fully online and will take between 2-3 years to complete. You'll study eight modules in total, with a maximum of two modules at a time over each trimester. The online materials have been designed to support you to study at a place and pace which suits your needs.

    Your learning experience will be enhanced with online discussions that supplement the study materials, case study analyses from diverse sectors and articles from leading academics and practising professionals.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements

The entry requirements for this course is a Bachelor (Honours) Degree at 2:2 or above plus 2 years work experience order to be eligible for this programme.

We may also consider lesser qualifications if you have sufficient professional work experience within the industry. Applications from individuals who do not possess the two years’ professional work experience requirement, but who have significant potential to develop work-related skills, may be considered on an individual basis.

English language requirements

If your first language isn't English, you'll normally need to undertake an approved English language test and our minimum English language requirements will apply.

This may not apply if you have completed all your school qualifications in English, or your undergraduate degree was taught and examined in English (within two years of starting your postgraduate course). Check our country pages to find out if this applies to you.

The course fees you'll pay and the funding available to you will depend on a number of factors including your nationality, location, personal circumstances and the course you are studying. We also have a number of bursaries and scholarships available to our students.

This course comprises of 180 credits, therefore the total cost is £10,350 for students commencing in 2017/18.
