Edinburgh has a large number of hotels to choose from and we suggest booking as early as possible as there are a number of popular events running the same week as CHME 2022. While there aren’t many big hotels close to our campus, the following list provides some ideas of hotels and their distance from the campus that may be worth looking into.

Edinburgh Napier University has three campuses around the city. CHME 2022 will be taking place at our Craiglockhart Campus. When selecting a hotel for your stay, you can check how far it is from our campus by using Google Maps and our postcode EH14 1DJ. Information on transport to and from the campus can be found below.

Some good resources for finding accommodation can be found through Visit Scotland’s Accommodation in Edinburgh page as well as through the Edinburgh section at bookings.com

There are a number of hotels in the Haymarket area of Edinburgh. Haymarket station is the second largest station in Edinburgh and is the final stop before trains reach Edinburgh Waverly in the city centre. Haymarket is also well connected via bus, tram and taxi. Haymarket is also close to BT Murrayfield and is a 10-15 minute walk into the city-centre with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and attractions nearby. The No. 4 bus from outside Haymarket station will take you directly to Craiglockart Campus in 20 minutes. This bus runs regularly every 20 minutes.
