I sarted my educational career with BEngg (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering) from JJ College of Engineering and Technology India, in 2006. After gaining three years of experience, in Sept 2009 I moved to Scotland for my postgraduate studies at University of Dundee and awarded Master of Science in International Business and International HR Management in Nov 2010. To gain further exposure in business, I moved to Dubai, working as a Proposal Engineer within an Oil and Gas subcontracting company. This opportunity widened my exposure to middle eastern oil and gas market . In 2016, I an opportunity to research at Edinburgh Napier University, under Institute for Sustainable Construction, School of Engineering and Built Environment .
My research is to develop a conceptual framework studying the unique characteristics of storm surge through case studies methodology. The aim of the framework is to highlights the gaps and limitations within disaster management protocol adapted by different countries. The identified gaps from will be further recommended through the Disaster Adaptation to Mitigate Storm Surge (DAMSS) framework.
