Biography

Ashleigh graduated as an Occupational Therapist from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2005. She then went on to work in a number of roles predominantly within older adults mental health services in NHS Fife. During this time, she contributed to a number of service developments, including taking on the role of Project Lead with Alzheimer Scotland as part of a partnership project to introduce Journeying through Dementia to Scotland.
Ashleigh now works as Practice Education Lead on the MSc (Pre-Reg) Occupational Therapy programme at Edinburgh Napier University, with a focus on enhancing practice education provision and supporting students in preparing for placement.
