Biography

Dr. Britta Heidl is a lecturer in human resources management and leadership in The Business School at Edinburgh Napier University. Her research focuses on leadership and its impact on organisations and employees, ethical leadership, human resource development, and diversity. She lectures in la range of leadership courses, as well as learning and development. She is also the programme leader for the MSc Business Management (Leadership and Innovation) programme delivered with partners in Hong Kong
