Biography
Dr Fan Lu is a lecturer in Marketing at The Business School at Edinburgh Napier University. Her research lies on omnichannel operations and marketing, integrating brick-and-mortar stores and online channels to deliver a seamless shopping experience. She has many years of industrial working experience in the retail-related sector. She has led different government-funded projects and developed case studies as part of her Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project funded by Innovation UK.
