Biography
Naomi leads the development and delivery of the University’s Internationalisation Strategy which includes ambitious plans to build strategic partnerships globally and expand Edinburgh Napier’s transnational education (TNE) and global online provision into new regions of the world. Naomi has responsibility for all student recruitment and admissions to the University (home and international) and leads on Edinburgh Napier’s commitments to widening access in line with Scottish Government priorities. Naomi has senior leadership responsibility for a range of professional service teams across Edinburgh Napier including marketing, communications, alumni relations and development, home and international student recruitment, admissions, visa and international student support, global mobility, English for Academic Purposes (EAP), TNE and Global Online Support.
Naomi has over 17 years experience in international development, recruitment and marketing in the higher education sector. Prior to joining Edinburgh Napier University, Naomi worked in international roles at Newcastle University and the University of Edinburgh, and most recently at the University of Glasgow. Naomi graduated from Newcastle University in English Literature.
