Biography
Roseminu Varghese is an Adult Nursing Lecturer in the School of Health and Social Care at Edinburgh Napier University.
She has clinical experience in caring for critically ill patients in neuro ICUs, cardiothoracic critical care units, and complex care medicine wards and has worked both in India and the UK. In her previous role as a clinical educator at the International Recruitment Team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, she developed expertise in planning, coordinating, and managing the delivery of the nursing Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) training program and clinical skills in line with the requirements of the NMC OSCE. She has also obtained experience in delivering lectures and demonstrating procedures to both undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students at Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India.
She has a master's degree in Neuroscience Nursing from the Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, and has completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher and Professional Education from the University of Bolton, UK. She has also achieved a Fellowship of the HEA.
