Biography
Saima Rafi received her PhD degree from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2021. She was awarded with outstanding student certificate of session 2018-2021 in PhD. She joined University of Murcia, Spain as a researcher on a BIZDEVOPS-GLOBAL project UM, RTI2018-098309-B-C33. She has worked on some other projects in collaboration with other researchers in computer science field. Saima is an active researcher in software engineering internationally, focusing on its emerging themes including empirical software engineering, DevOps, AI ethics and low-code tools. She has meanwhile a successful track record of teaching in several software engineering courses which are widely informed by her research activities. She has published more than 23 papers in well reputed journals and conferences including 2 book chapters. Currently, she is working as a lecturer in Edinburgh Napier University, Merchiston campus.
