Katrina Burton invited to talk about her site-specific compositions to the Church of Scotland's Committee on Church Art and Architecture

Following the success of her site-specific composition for Craigsbank Parish Church, presented on September 23rd 2017 as part of Edinburgh Doors open Day, Katrina has been invited to talk about her compositional research to the Church of Scotland's Committee on Church Art and Architecture (CARTA). A direct result of the renewed interest in the architecture of Craigsbank that arose from Katrina's composition for the building, the church has been invited to host the next CARTA meeting. Katrina will be accompanied by 3rd year BMus student, Joanna Stark, who performed Katrina's composition at Doors Open Day. She will present the piece again to the CARTA committee.
