Dr Oli Mival invited to speak at Innovate Robotics event hosted by VisitScotland
Dr Oli Mival from the School of Computing's Centre for Interaction Design has been invited to speak at INNOVATE ROBOTICS on the fundamental questions of how we engage in human-robotic-interaction, from self driving cars to in home assistants.

INNOVATETHENATION is VisitScotland's new initiative that will bring together experts, influencers and the next generation of innovators in a series of engaging talks throughout the country.

INNOVATE ROBOTICS on the 16th February 2017 cover's Scotland's exciting robotics sector, the future of computer-human interaction, the opportunities for unmanned research in our natural environment and how the robots of the future might work alongside us. Robotics is a multi-disciplinary field, drawing on engineering, design and computer science. We would encourage anyone with an interest in any of these fields to join us and share in the debate. Scotland is a Robotics hub, leads the world in deep sea exploration, works alongside NASA in developing Mars mission robots, and might be home to Europes first space port.
