Dr Lesley Ingram-Sills was interviewed on the program : In search of the competitive edge. During this interview Lesley discussed the impact of technology on performance improvement in sport, what the drivers are and how to optimize athletes training. Lesley was asked to contribute to program due to her expertise in training endurance athletes and technology related to the Mountain Bike Centre of Scotland.
