RBS commission Dr Oli Mival to review their UX activities & methods.
RBS approached Dr Oli Mival, Principal Research Fellow in the Centre fro Interaction Design, to undertake a program of review of their UX activities and methods with the aim of improving their design research practice.
Dr Mival will spend 6 months part time embedded within the various teams at RBS and co-ordinating a program of cross organisation research method transformational change.
