This book, written on the basis of the author's wide range of experience in practice in the legal profession, in public administration, in European institutions and in the private sector, deals with practical issues related to EU law, its interpretation and application.

The author's belief is that understanding and correctly applying the principles of EU law can improve legal practice and help reduce misunderstandings between national and EU law.
