The Chronicle of Prussia by Nicolaus von Jeroschin. A History of the Teutonic Knights in Prussia 1190-1331.
  This text is a translation of the fourteenth century Middle High German chronicle, Kronike von Pruzinlant by Nicolaus von Jeroschin. The chronicle is the main source of the early history of Prussia and is of interest to undergraduate and postgraduate students and general readers with an interest in the Northern Crusades, the crusading movement and crusading literature. This the first English translation of this text. It includes a long introduction which draws on current research to set the chronicle in its historical and lieterary context, maps and a comprehensive index.
