Aridhia

A prototype visualisation which demonstrated the advantages of dynamic representations of genomes over standard static diagrams was developed. This used the d3 library to allow interactive layering of different information sets over a circos style representation of an example data set. Parts of the diagram could be expanded to show greater detail and shrunk back when not required.
